The entry below showing Daniel b. 10 Oct 1746 may be in error, since this is also the b. date for brother David, who is also ref. as mrd. to Lydia Driselin. And David had a son bearing his name. So it appears some confusion exists between these brothers.

David Stauffer emigrated from Germany prob. 1736 with bros Daniel and Wilhelm. Wife not known. Prob lived in Nockamixon Twp, but more is not known. Possibly had only son David. Ref: Stauffer Stover History, Fretz 1899 pg 130.
