- Mary, sister of Christian Stover Junior (d.1815), is mentioned in his will, along with her children, Jacob and Mary.
Daniel Bly has speculated that *Jacob Stover of Hardy County* may be a son of Mary Stover, who apparently had children named Jacob and Mary without benefit of marriage. Mary is Christian Stover Junior's sister. This Mary was mentioned in Christian Junior's 1815 will along with her children Jacob and Mary. Birth and death for Mary is not known. If Bly is referring to THIS Jacob, b. 1809, I think a son born 1809 was probably born too late to be son of this Mary.
