      The will was written on 1 Sep 1846 and proven on 25 Mar 1850 in Page County.

      Daniel refers to himself as Daniel Stover Senior of the County of Page.
      . . . (after some introduction) after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses I
      give to the heirs of Abraham Stover deceased all of the part of my lands and house they now live adjoining Joseph Strickler and others containing 3355(?)
      acres more or less for which I have made to my son Abraham, -plus a mention of- three thousand dollars, which I give to them and their heirs
      forever which is to their full part of my estate.
      I gives to my son Jacob Stover that part of my lands which Jacob Stover now lives on at
      the upper end of my lands containing 136 acres more or less, which I give to him and his heirs from which he is to have for the sum of ten
      thousand three hundred dollars to be disposed of in the manner hereafter mentioned (parts unreadable) give to my son Samuel Stover that part of my lands which
      I now live on the stone house tract containing 209 (?) acres more or less which I give to him and his heirs forever provided he shall convey back to me
      half of a tract of land which I convey to Samuel (unreadable) Daniel Stover (unreadable) and there I give him (?) tract of land containing 66 (?) acres

      I do constitute and apprais(?) my sons Isaac Stover and Daniel Stover my executors of this my last will and testament in (unreadable)
      whereof I have here withto set my hand and soul this first day of September, one thousand eight hundred forty six.
      Signed sealed unblemished and delivered as the last will and testament of the
      above named Daniel Stover in (unreadable) of Eli Chadduck(?).

      At a Court held for Page County on Monday this 25 day of March 1850 the last will and testament of Daniel Stover deceased
      was presented to the Court the hand writing of the said Daniel Stover presented by the (?) of Peter Price and Eli Chadduck (unreadable)
      to be recorded. And Samuel Stover one of the (unreadable) appraisal in Court (??) referred to (??) upon himself the (??)
      of the exception thereof. Upon the Motion of (several words unreadable) Expences for funeral (??) will who made oath and together with
      Samuel Stover and A.W.(?) Fuger(?) as his security (several words unreadable) in the penalty of $1200 (unknown) according
      (unreadable) ; a certificate is granted to the said Isaac Stover for offering (?) a certificate of ch(?-?) of the said will in due form.
