Notes |
- The Stauffer Circle. A connection between the family of John 1734-1799 of Warwick and Christian 1715-1759 of Donegal is suggested by the fact that Martin Nissley Sr. 1723-1783 of Mountjoy m. the widow of Christian 1715-1759. Martin had a dau Anna Nissley who m. a son of Christian (Abraham). Martin also had a son, Martin Jr., whose dau Anna Nissley m. Jacob Stauffer 1770-1802, son of John 1734-1799. Ref: Stauffer Stouffer Stover Family of Penn, Colket, pg 13.
